Please use the below form to request an Owners Corporation Certificate for your Lot. Read all information carefully, no refunds or cancellations will be provided for certificates already generated.

Certificates as of 1 July 2025.
Pricing subject to change on 01/07/2026 in line with Department of Treasury and Finance indexation of fees.
If your property has more than 3 Owners Corporations, select the preferred urgency for ‘3 Owners Corporations’ to reveal the option to add additional OCs to your order.

Important.
- Any refunds (prior to the certificate being generated) will attract an Administration Processing Fee of $33.00. No refunds or cancellations will be provided once certificates have been generated.
- Please ensure you do your due diligence before ordering a certificate. Due diligence would include confirming we manage the owners corporation, and how many certificates are needed
- The certificate(s) will be issued within the number of business days listed above when this application and evidence of payment are received. Timeframe begins from confirmation of payment.
- URGENT certificates will only be issued when there is the capacity to do so – please contact our office to confirm.
- Certificates are valid only for the date of issue and are valid for three months to obtain a current levy status update.
