In 2012, Matthew purchased his own strata franchise, where he focused on business development and successfully built a growing and loyal client base. After two years, he successfully sold the business and joined Australian Body Corporate, working predominantly with developers and providing specialist expertise and advice.

Now a Director, Matthew is committed to educating developers and owners and helping them identify the most effective solutions for managing and protecting their investments. He prides himself on delivering a high level of service and professional communication, empowering clients to make informed and financially sound decisions.

Pasquale was a founding Director of Australian Body Corporate more than 16 years ago and has played a key role in the company’s growth and development. As the Finance Director, he oversees the company’s financial management, budgeting, governance and compliance functions.

With extensive knowledge of the strata industry, Pasquale has a strong understanding of the Owners Corporations Act and Retirement Villages Act, enabling him to provide informed and practical financial and compliance guidance.

Prior to specialising in the Owners Corporation and strata sector, Pasquale held senior executive positions with ASX-listed companies, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and National Operations Manager. His experience as a CFO of ASX-listed companies has provided him with extensive expertise in financial reporting, corporate governance, strategic planning, risk management and operational oversight.

His combination of ASX-listed corporate experience, financial expertise and more than 16 years as a founding Director of Australian Body Corporate provides a strong foundation for delivering professional, commercially focused, and effective financial and governance solutions to Owners Corporations and Retirement villages under management.

With over 26 years experience in the real estate industry, including serving as CEO of Ray White Manningham, Jim has built an outstanding reputation for leadership, business development, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
