A qualified CPA and Fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia with over 20 years experience in managing the financial, budgeting and compliance requirements of Owners Corporations both large and small.
Pasquale has a wealth of knowledge of the Strata industry and is well versed in the Owners Corporation Act and Retirement Village Act , Pasquale previously worked with an ASX listed company as the CFO and also as the National Operations Manager.
MATTHEW HOOK – DIRECTOR
Matthew Hook has been in the industry for over 8 years and a director at Australian Body Corporate for 2 years. Matthew moved into Strata management after relocating from London to Melbourne in 2007.
He soon developed a passion for helping clients in the ongoing management of owners corporation. Client referrals in recognition of Matthew’s genuine care led him to win a Strata Communities Australia award. In 2012 he bought his own strata franchise. Focusing on business development, he built an increasing, loyal client base for 2 years before successfully selling the business.
Matthew joined Australian Body Corporate to work predominately with developers providing expertise and advice. Now a Director, Matthew is committed to educating developers and owners on the best solutions for managing their investment. He provides high quality service, professional communication that empowers his clients to make wise financial decisions.
ROBERT – STRATA MANAGER
Having worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years, Robert’s career within the Owners Corporation industry commenced 4 years ago. With his approachable manner, you can depend on Robert for a prompt response, helpful tips and meaningful solutions, offering his knowledge on a wide range of OC concerns. Robert is passionate about the strata sector and enjoys the vast array of people he deals with on a daily basis including developers, owners and trade contractors. He also prides himself on effective communication between himself and owners, listening to their needs and then implementing this knowledge in the best way possible. Robert believes an effective manager must utilize the various strengths of committee members and owners in order to reach the most practical results. After a productive day at the office, Robert enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 daughters, friends and enjoys going out for breakfast and good coffee.
MACHALA – STRATA MANAGER
Machala Botha has worked within the Property Management Sector for over 10 years. Relocating from London, Machala has transferred her skill set to Strata Management and adapted her attributes to fit the Melbourne market with great efficiency and ease. Her drive, passion and experience means that Machala always delivers a professional and proficient service. She prides herself on her approachable and helpful manner, always happy to assist and provide advice to Clients whilst also maintaining effective relationships with contractors. Machala uses her strengths to resolve issues and deal with matters effectively to ensure the best outcome, as well as providing continued best practice OC Management services. Delivering high level commitment, Machala’s objective is to remove the stress of managing day to day concerns from OC Members, she has the ability to support both OC Members and Developers to maintain the quality of each building (& lots) under her care. Also, with a background in accounts, Machala has a firm understanding of budgets and financials. When Machala is not spending time with her family and friends, she can be found in the gym, she has great passion in her fitness training and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
